Pay Rate: Teachers set their own rate. Teachers pay a 19% monthly contribution to the teacher cooperative.

Fee: To be a part of My Cool Pass, teachers will pay an onboarding/membership fee to be become a co-owner. The fee pays for various things including operations, paid-time off fund, and cooperative fund (general fund).

My Cool Class is a teachers-cooperative. Teachers are the co-owners of My Cool Class,A and take part in decision making, and have voting rights.
