   1. Near-Native speakers from other countries with BA degree or higher.

1. Education background: An international teaching certificate such as DELTA, CELTA, TESOL or TEFL
2. Teaching experience: 
   1. Minimum one-year teaching experience with children.
   2. Online teaching experience is not required but would be a plus.

Students learn English through game based classes. Students are from all over the world including Russia, Poland, Turkey, Germany, and Spain.
